1. 14-Day Return Policy
1.1 If you believe there is a quality issue with your product, or you have received an incorrectly shipped product, or you have ordered incorrectly, or you are not happy with your purchase, then you may return the product in as-new condition and in its original packaging for a refund of the purchase price that you paid for the product, subject to the below terms.
1.2 All returns must be made within 14 days, and the 14-day deadline starts on the day you receive your product.
1.3 Carriage costs for returning your order are your responsibility.
1.4 Your products remain your responsibility during transit and until signed for by us.
1.5 You will not be eligible for free delivery on your order if any items are cancelled or returned for a refund, bringing the total order amount below £40
1.6 We will only refund or re-credit you for the sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for your product and not the carriage costs.
1.7 If there is an issue or you are unsatisfied, please be sure to process your return promptly after receiving your product by filling the Product Return Form below or by sending us an e-mail to contact@vibelighter.com with your details, the order number and reason for return.
2. Faulty products
2.1 If you believe your goods have been delivered faulty or damaged, or a fault appears in the first 30 days after delivery please contact us for assistance. If your problem can’t be resolved by email the item can be returned for testing providing the following conditions are met:
2.2 All returned Goods must be authorised, so please email us at contact@vibelighters.com before returning the product. Your order number must be enclosed with the product.
2.3 Goods should be returned complete (including all packaging)
2.4 Return shipping cost are your responsibility. If the item tests faulty as described, we will refund your shipping costs. Note: We do not cover the cost of returning items via the Royal Mail Special Delivery Service. Items must be returned using Royal Mails First Class Recorded Delivery Service.
2.5 The goods are your responsibility until signed for by us.
2.6 If goods are found to be faulty we will offer a replacement for your item and we will refund your return shipping costs only if they are returned by Royal Mails First Class Recorded Delivery Service.
